pkjo Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to pkjo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pkjo ("pkjo", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkjo platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pkjo.net.

By registering an account on pkjo, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pkjo.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access pkjo — whether through a web browser, the pkjo mobile app, or any other method. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkjo.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pkjo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkjo does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any games on the platform.

03 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.

pkjo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkjo account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pkjo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkjo — including deposits and withdrawals — must be conducted through your registered account using payment methods that are approved and available on the platform. pkjo supports local payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh.

Deposits are credited to your pkjo account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkjo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed by pkjo's finance team. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must be fully verified. pkjo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of your account.
• pkjo does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds in your pkjo account cannot be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.
• pkjo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pkjo offers bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred or sold.
• pkjo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If pkjo determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method — the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on pkjo — including Mines, Super Keno, Monster Fight, Entertainment titles, and others — operate using certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered after the fact by pkjo or by any player.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pkjo will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. pkjo's decision in such matters is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• pkjo reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or any other system malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are available within each game on the platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkjo. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with pkjo games or systems in a way that is not part of normal manual gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the pkjo platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pkjo support immediately.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the pkjo platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkjo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information to pkjo at any point.

08 Responsible Gaming

pkjo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their activity on the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable experience, and we take our responsibility to player wellbeing seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkjo players and can be activated at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pkjo account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.

11 Limitation of Liability

pkjo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkjo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

• pkjo's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pkjo is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms limits pkjo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your pkjo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

pkjo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine that:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pkjo, other players, or third parties.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, pkjo reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, the balance may be forfeited.

13 Changes to Terms

pkjo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, pkjo will make reasonable efforts to notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pkjo after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using pkjo and may request account closure.
